Refund Policy

Refund Process

•         Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the product.

•         Refunds are processed as follows:

•         Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking payments: Refund credited back to the same account.

•         Cash on Delivery payments: Refund processed via NEFT or cheque.

•         Payments made through coupons, vouchers, or reward points are non-refundable.

•         Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable.

•         Refunds are subject to availability of a replacement product.

•         If a refund is issued for an unstitched product, only 70% of the product price will be refunded (30% deducted for processing, taxes, and handling charges).

Store Credit

•         Customers opting for store credit will receive a 100% store credit for future purchases.

Customers must email  support@sareely.com to redeem store credit.
