Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policy

We value our customers and strive to build lasting relationships by providing excellent service. However, if you need to return a product, the following terms apply.

Returns & Exchanges

General Return Policy

•         Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@sareely.com  if they wish to return or exchange a product.

•         Products purchased during sales, special discounts, or clearance sales are non-returnable.

•         Replacement/exchange is subject to stock availability and can be done only once.

Sareely Quality Assured Product

•         We understand that online shopping does not allow customers to physically inspect the product.

•         To address this, we have introduced Sareely Quality Assured Products, where our team verifies the material quality, stitching, and other aspects to ensure it matches the website images.

Conditions for Return

We accept returns only for unstitched products under the following conditions:

•         The product should be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

•         The return must include all parts such as blouse, dupatta, bottom, or extra fabric.

•         If an extra product was received as a promotional offer, it must also be returned.

•         Returns for stitched apparel, semi-stitched products, Bollywood replicas, and custom-stitched items are not accepted.

Required Proof for Returns

•         Customers must provide clear photos and videos of the opened product parcel within 24 hours of delivery via email.

•         Returns and exchanges will not be processed via phone or WhatsApp; all requests must be made through email.

Post-Shipment Return Conditions

•         Bollywood replicas and other replica products are non-returnable.

•         Product images on the website are for reference purposes only; slight variations may occur.

•         If a wrong or defective item is received, customers must email support@sareely.com with images within 24 hours.

•         If return eligibility is confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pickup, and the cost will be borne by the company (except in remote areas where a refund of ₹100 will be provided instead).

Order Cancellations

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

•         Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

•         Ready-to-ship items cannot be canceled as they are dispatched within 24 hours.

•         If canceled after 24 hours, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Reasons for Delayed Delivery

•         Items may be out of stock or in production, leading to delays.

•         Incorrect shipping details (e.g., address, Pincode, phone number) can also delay delivery.
