Shipping Policy

At Sareely, we value our customers' time and money. We strive to ensure that your purchased products arrive in excellent condition and on or before the committed date. To achieve this, we have partnered with leading logistics and courier companies, including Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express, and Ecom Express. This allows us to provide you with reliable and efficient delivery of all your orders. Should you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is always here to help. Your satisfaction is our priority.

 

Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping address:

•         Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3-4 working days

•         Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 working days

 

Shipping Charges

•         Pan India: We provide free shipping across India.

•         If an order is canceled (within 24 hours of placement), lost, or undelivered to the preferred location, the full order amount will be refunded.

•         If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact our customer care at +91-9173063730 or email support@Sareely.com with your order number. We will ensure a replacement is delivered as soon as possible.

Domestic & International Shipping Charges:

Domestic: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all orders, whether prepaid or cash on delivery (COD). International: Shipping fees apply for orders outside India, calculated per kilogram. The total shipping cost will be determined based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout. Tax and Duties: International shipments may incur import duties, customs charges, and taxes that vary by country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. To avoid any issues, please check your country’s tax policies before placing an international order, as we do not offer returns or cancellations for international shipments. If customs charges are not paid or if the order is not accepted, we are not liable for product exchanges, returns, or refunds.

 

Cancellation Policy

Sareely reserves the right to cancel any order without prior explanation. If an order is canceled, we will communicate the reason and process any applicable refunds in a timely manner.

If you wish to cancel an order post-confirmation, you must:

•         Call us at +91-9173063730 or

•         Email support@Sareely.com stating your ORDER No.

Important Notes:

•         Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

•         Cancellations beyond 24 hours will be accepted only under special circumstances and will be refunded as a credit voucher code.

•         Cancellation requests via phone or online chat are not accepted.

Sale Products

•         Discount coupon codes are not applicable on sale products.

•         Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for refunds.

Customized Products & Orders

•         Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

•         No discounts will be available on customization costs.

Order Delays & Cancellations Due to Production Issues

Occasionally, a product may not meet production expectations, causing delays. In such cases, we may contact you for advice, which may extend your order’s delivery timeline.

If our garment construction team detects incorrect measurements, we may reach out for confirmation. The time taken to re-verify these measurements may also cause a delay.

At any point during the garment construction process, the order cannot be canceled.

 

Refund Policy

•         Orders canceled within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher for future purchases or a refund to your bank account.

•         Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, Net Banking, or Debit Card) within 7 business days.

•         During peak sales or festive periods, refund processing may experience slight delays.

•         Sareely will never issue refunds exceeding the product’s value.
